Packaging

Original artwork and prints are packaged in crystal-clear polypropylene sleeves with coated white backing boards.

Shipping and Handling

Prices include shipping and handling inside the United States. Add $10.00 for orders to Canada and Mexico, and $15.00 for all other international destinations, to the order total. Original artwork is shipped flat by USPS Priority Mail. Prints are shipped flat by USPS First Class Mail. Orders ship within five (5) business days of receipt of payment. UPS, FedEx, and rush processing are available upon request, but will incur extra charge(s).

Patterns

Cross-stitch patterns are available as printable PDF files for $2.00/ea. Patterns are delivered as email attachments after receipt of payment. Each PDF pattern includes: diagrams for both colour and monochrome printers, cloth type, and DMC floss numbers. You will need a free program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them. Patterns are for personal use only, and commercial uses are prohibited. I appreciate your cooperation.

Instructions

1. Write an email with the following information: the artwork(s) you would like to purchase, your name and shipping address, and your preferred method of payment. Include the email address you would like your invoice sent to if it is different than the address you are writing from. Include questions or other requests. Click here for my contact information.

2. I will respond to your email to confirm your order within one (1) business day. I will also send an invoice for your total using the method of payment you requested. If you do not receive your invoice or want to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible.

3. You must complete payment within three (3) business days of receipt of your invoice.

No cash, checques, or money orders, please.

Returns

Returns are accepted within ten (10) business days of receipt of artwork. Returns must be resaleable and in the same condition shipped. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee and return shipping charges. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please notify me immediately. Extra shipping and rush charges are not refundable. Prints are made to order (print-on-demand) and print sales are not refundable.

Privacy Policy

Payments are processed independently by PayPal, Google Checkout, and Amazon. At no point do I have access to your financial information. I use your name and address only to process your order and complete shipment. I will not share your name and address with any other third parties. I never utilize emailing lists (junk email or spam) as part of my business, and I will not share your email address with any third parties.
